will my pc be able to handle upcoming games on high settings like the division and watch dogs etc
i will be upgrading to gtx 770 soon also i have 8gb of 1333mhz ram
Yes it will but no one can tell you that it will for every game , there are just too many games with varying degrees of graphic requirements. If you are into average games then it will be good for some time to come.
The GTX 770 is a very powerful card and should continue to play games at high settings. There will be games like Metro Last light that will reduce the gameplay simply because it's such a demanding game.

As a 770 owner - there are only a couple of games that come to mind that this card can't do max settings at playable frame rates... Talking about current and upcoming next gen titles you'll have no problem cranking up those settings but long term you won't do max settings but I see medium-high being easily achievable. The cpu however might bottleneck so an 8xxx series cpu and 1600mhz ram may help. I'd really suggest going for 1600mhz ram as it's really the standard at the moment and doesn't cost much. But as said I don't see any outlandish issues in this system. I hope I've helped.
