Suggest me a best budget graphic card for gaming 2014..?

Hey Guys i am planning to buy my very first graphic card for gaming

My current spec :
Cpu : dual core e5300 OCto 3.22 ghz.
Motherbord : Simmtronic G41D3
Ram: 4 Gb ddr3
Psu: 450 Watts
Monitor :19inch(1360*768)
Budget under 10,000 INR
Note(Btw I look everywhere I found Hd7770 will be best for my spec).. What you guys suggest??

A single GTX650/ti or HD7770 can give you good performance at 1920 x 1200 in most games.

I wouldn't get anything faster than the 7770, as even that GPU is going to get bottlenecked by your older dual core CPU.

yes, definately, bottlenecking is unevitable with that old rig, even upgrading to a core 2 duo CPU you will get bottlenecked as well, but dont worry it wont kill you.

The max TDP of HD7770 is 80W, it requires 430W and 19A minimun, so yes, even a 450W generic one can power it.
But I recommend only good branded certified PSU

I have a Phenom ii x4 965 and a HD 7870 and struggle to play AC4 with this old CPU.

It obviously won't have the highest graphic fidelity, especially at that resolution. But yes they will run fine.

Depends what your definition of playable is, i'm sure you can get around 30 fps on the lowest settings at that resolution.
