nope you already have a good pc. I would try to put the extra 50 in the psu just to be sure. Remember that the psu, HDDS and cases are the only stuff you can reuse later when you upgrade :)

You dont have a good PC unfortunately

The motherboard has a known issue with catching fire . It has no thermal protection for the voltage regulators so if you push the board hard they burn .The G46 might be the first safe MSI board .
In your case the smart option is to replace it with the Asrock 970 extreme3 R2.0 which is usually the best budget choice
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-970extr...

The RAM you have is CAS 11 . This is very poor quality memory chips .
I havent personally used this
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/geil-memory-gev38gb1600c9d...
but its a much better deal

The power supply is a doorstop . Its an older style psu . Very inefficient and not suitable for a modern processor

This corsair CX 500 is decent quality , 80+ bronze rated and CHEAPER
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx500

And if you want to change the case you can save money there too . The antec ONE which is every bit as good as the corsair case is cheaper

DO NOT buy an 800w PSU that is a huge waste. Get a 650w unit AT MOST from XFX, Corsair, , Seasonic, Antec.

Get a 750w unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair (not CX), Seasonic. 750w is WAY more then enough for 760SLI and overclocking.

Also MAKE SURE you get a motherboard with 2 PCI lanes that both run at x16/x16 or x8/x8. You NEED this for SLI.
