I have my router connected to my desktop via ethernet cord but it has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it on the little computer in the corner. When I click on it, it says unidentified network, no internet access. I have an Xfinity Router with Windows 8. Is there anyway to fix this? I have been told to downgrade to Windows 7 but my computer worked fine with Windows 8 when I had AT&T services and I want to keep Windows 8 for the upcoming Project Spark.
