Haha trust me dude, you CANNOT. I tried playing GTA IV on this laptop before (with Intel HD Graphics) and at best I got 3 frames per second. That is with Game Booster and a ton of processes canceled out. That's why I'm buying parts tomorrow to make myself a nice high performance machine

Don't feel too bad. With the Android release of GTA San Andreas.. if you aren't running a Snapdragon 800 you may as well cut the detail back. Can't believe how it tried to tank my S4 Pro (320 1.7 Quadcore Krait). Well, times they are a changin'
