That motherboard is holding everything back. Everything is having to run at the lowest common denominator. Try the ASUS model I mentioned, it's not fancy, but it will fully support everything at their rated performance levels.

Where'd you pick up that antique motherboard? JK.
nVidia hasn't made chipsets for AMD systems in at least five years.
Grab a ASUS M5A78L-M LX Plus, should be < $70.

That motherboard is holding back everything else.

Well i was going to get this one, but dont wanna spend alot of money for it to make no difference to speed
Also i need it looking nice as my case has a window but more bothered about performance:

Turns out a new motherboard did help a tad but the major hold back was the CPU, and ive realised i linked the wrong CPU, i had the fx 6100 and upgraded to a fx8350, massive difference
