I'm a sucker for mobo extras and features, like for example sound quality boost, lan boost, HD Ready, fan control and things like that. I want the easiest/quickest possible OC board, one that is newbie-friendly I guess and won't be such a pain in the butt for newbies. My overall budget is under 140$ They don't necessarily have to be from newegg, because from what i've seen in reviews people get a lot of DOAs or damaged mobos.
here are some I'm currently looking at

Asus Z87-C:

MSI-G45

and ASRock Z87 Killer

Solution
Of the mobos listed I'd go with the Asus Z87-Plus, best mobo of the those listed, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87/Haswelll - as for the suggested MSI mobo, won't touch MSI due to their poor QC

just get the MSI--G45 one and then just press the OC button for it and you should be good to go (you did said "easy OC" kind of a fire and forget type of overclocking) provided you have the hardware to overclock (not just the mobo)
