200 euros upgrade for new cpu and MB only

Hello, my actual system:

Phenom II 720 x3 2.8
AMD asus 6950 CU II
Corsair Gaming series 700w
AMD ram 1333
Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P SKAM3

I will like some opinions from AMD and intel builds, objective is gaming at 1080p to couple with my 6950.

At this price point I think you'll find AMD to be the best. The Intel Core i5-4670k is the CPU I would recommend over the FX-8320/8350, but the 4670k is almost $200 without the motherboard.

ty for the fast awser, no suggestions from the intel side, anyone? The only thing that can make me choose intel will be power consumption and maybe that its a newer platform then am3+ that some speculate its over i really want to stay AMD but...

What i will do with it?
Mostly games for me and husband and kid, Finalfantasy 14, tomb raider, all new games coming. Only a gaming machine.
I am secretly trying to purchase him a new cpu+board, he will build the system himself, but i want to surprise him this new year.
