Solution
Everything looks solid except for:

Motherboard. Get a 970 chipset instead for better performance and stability when overclocking.
GPU: That particular one has been sold out for a while.
PSU: As was said earlier, that Raidmax is crap. If I had a choice between a bad power supply and not having a Pc, I'd not have a pc. When they go they can take your entire system with them.

So, with those changes in mind, we'll come up with something like:

Get the Scythe Mugen2 instead of the Cooler Master, 4gb is enough for gaming, get the replacement for the 7870, the 280x, and for the power supply get the EVGA 500B, I doubt if that PSU wouldnt set the PC on fire.

More money, but that's to be expected when you aren't settling for the cheapest parts out there. This will offer better performance, and more importantly, peace of mind that your Pc won't burn out on you.
