CPU fan is loud and spinning extremely fast, whats the problem?

Ok i just built my new computer with the AMD 8350 no over clock or anything but the CPU fan which came with the CPU is loud and spinning above 4k RPM wondering what can i do to slow it down or something?

The stock cooler is quite loud. I changed to an aftermarket cooler and that fixed the problem. I wouldn't recommend downclocking your fan speed because you don't want to toast your CPU.

But like is that normal for it to be as loud and spinning that fast say when i play a game or something?

Yes. The FX series of processors get extremely warm while under load. That's why I ditched the stock cooler shortly after building mine.
