I am in the process of finishing my first build and I'm down to buying ram. my question is could I use ddr3 1600mhz ram with the Athlon II x2? I believe I'm suppose to use ddr3 1066mhz with that cpu but my motherboard does support the 1333 and 1600. I saw somewhere that you could use the 1333 but it would act as 1066 with the Athlon II x2. I guess I was hoping the 1600 would do the same. reason I ask is because I already found 1600 and cant find 1066 for the same price or less. thank you for any input.
