Ok, I have this back-up hdd from western digital. http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Essential-Desktop-External/dp/B002JN554C
The problem is the usb broke off of it so i opened it up and took of the sata to USB adapter and hooked it up to my rig. Windows picked it up But saw no portions on it in disk management . So I went online and found that WD encrypts it as a security measure. I then instead re-soldered the USB connector back on and it works, but the drive is not readable. How do I recover my data? I have TONS of stuff on there I really need. Please help
