I use my SSD with OS installed on it, but want to use my HDD as storage. But the HDD still got my old OS on, how do I delete COMPLETELY EVERYTHING from the HDD but can still use it as storage?

Assuming there is nothing on it you want to keep, format it. It will still be the D drive (or whatever).

In Windows Explorer:
Right click on the drive, select Format.
or in Disk Management
Or you could go full nuke, and use DBAN
