Solution USAFRet Dec 23, 2013 Asdhey : USAFRet : Assuming there is nothing on it you want to keep, format it. It will still be the D drive (or whatever). Any good tips for formating it? In Windows Explorer: Right click on the drive, select Format. or in Disk Management Or you could go full nuke, and use DBAN
