I did a port forwarding and I keep getting this error when I test it. All firewalls/antivirus are off.

I could not see your service on 79.x.x.x on port (1604) Reason: Connection timed out

I assigned a static IP addy and also tested it from my phone which was clear, so its not my ISP blocking it. thoughts?

Thanks in advance

- So you configured your router to forward all incoming connections with port 1604 to your local address? (192.168.x.x or something similar to that).
- When you say the testing from your phone was clear, does that mean the connection was successful from your phone to your local machine?
- What program is giving you the "Connection timed out" response? (Try using this link to test just incase.

I have heard of ISPs blocking ports from time to time, mainly on ports 25 (to prevent massive spamming) and ports 6881-6900 (common bit torrent ports). Try using a port somewhere in the range of 49152 - 65535 (unregistered ports, used for basically anything you want). Also, I would not recommend posting your IP address, if the 79.x.x.x is yours.
