Not sure but I think it will bottleneck. Better go for a 500 watts above PSU.

You should be fine. How many amps does your psu have on the +12v rail(s)?

low end cooler master PSUs are usually junk and I wouldn't really run any system on them. you need to check reviews of specific model though

what model cooler master psu? the one 460w model that i know of belongs to low end extreme power plus cpus, which are of bad quality. i noticed that you said "coming with a case" that means it's a bundled psu. you need to check that psu out before you buy. bundled psus usually have low quality parts. it's better to buy a good quality psu if you're gonna run components like core i7 4770. so don't cheap out on case and psu.
an antec neo eco 520 or seasonic s12ii 520w psu will be better. heck, an antec neo eco/hcg 400w would be better.

Well, i decided to get a case w/o PSU and bought a good wuality 600 watt PSU instead. And the processor was i7-3770, not 4770. Thanks for the help, i was building a new comp (old laptop has pentium @2.10ghz and a crappy intel integrated GPU) and wasnt so sure about the PSU. Problem solved.
