Factory Recovery overwrites everything that was on the C partition so chances of recovering your files will be very slim. You can try data recovery software to see if any of your files can be retrieved but many of them will probably be incomplete or damaged. You should always keep your files backed up to another hard drive or to optical discs to avoid the problem of data loss.
