How can i restore my pc from when I reset to factory setting and lost all my files

If you are on line with the reset computer it may be too late as all the Windows updates and service packs will be downloaded and over writing the files you are looking for.
If not there is a chance of recovering some files
Other free but well respected data recovery programs is the Testdisk + Photorec pair of programs
