Hi everyone,

I am going to build my pc and at the first time I chose R9 280x but it seem that there are not available at this time so I switch to GTX 770.Could you please give me some advice about the ZOtac band, so why do I consider a ZOtac because in Viet Nam the price of another band of GTX 770 seem very hight , MSI GAMING OC GTX 770 arroud ~450 and GYGABYTE arroud ~500 but the Zotac ~370 but sombody tells me that the Zotac 770 amp comes with the poor build with phases and some components comes from China and it may explored when OC high level and high temprature. So please give me an information about this build and your advice. Thanks

A lot has to do with the factory overclock and cooling on the card and overclock ability ect. I have only used Zotac brand once with the 9800gt. The only issue I had was the overclock ability on the card as it wasnt that good (I cant speak for the new cards) but at stock speed I never had a problem. The card is still in use running well in my sons machine now. As for exploding, you can pop any card if you overclock to high to fast, use SMALL increments on the clock speed (5MHz at a time) and test the overclock for stability.

No the components used are cheaper and the overall build quality isn't as good as the other brands (but by no means does that make it rubbish) thats why i couldn't get a decent overclock on my card but that dosnt mean it will explode (you have to be one of the unlucky few for that to happen and it can happen on any brand or component). Dont push the card and you will get years of use. Regular cleaning (twice a year I do) also helps extend the life of all components.
