Can a Twin Frozr 760gtx fit in this case?

The card and PSU should fit the case just fine.

However, all 7-series Nvidia cards are quite long. You will not have much space between your card and the hard drive bays. This is fine since the drive bays in the case you linked are facing out of the case, but you want to make sure you plug in your drives to the SATA ports before mounting your video card or it'll be a pain to get at them.
