ASUS P9X79 with i7-4960x

I am trying to build a computer with the ASUS P9X79, i7-4960x, Corsair H80i Liquid cooler, Corsair TX650 PSU. I have tried to flash back the BIOS, which seems to have completed successfully. However, after pressing the power button, I can only see the CPU fans run for a few seconds. There is no other LED on or blinking. No RAMs or graphic card is connected to the board.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

PSU fan is ok. The bios update seems fine. The LED flashed a few minutes and then went off. Earlier I have the RAMs and graphic card connected, but it didn't boot. I tried to put the minimum components on the board and see how it goes. But no LED is on, except the standby pwr LED.

I tried to test the psu by connecting the pin 15 and 16 and connect the power supply to a case fun. The fun is only running for a second and stopped. I got a psu tester from Fry's. It turned out that the psu is bad. I continued to do some additional testing with the case fun. I think the ground pins are broken.
