you got another gpu to test with? it should work without any issues. did you plug the pci ex power connector in the graphics card?

The monitor runs with the bulit-in gpu through the vga port on my mobo also my new gpu is working well cuz the fan is working and the afterburner software can recognize and I can see it in the device manager but the only problem is when plug the vga cable into the hd 7770 through the dvi-i/vga adapter it doesn't work

ok, so then plug it on the onboard, enter the bios and set the graphics order to pci ex first. it should work after you save and close and plug in the 7770 graphics.

maybe the dvi adapter is broken or not plugged properly in the port. it should work.
