I just bought a Wireless optical mouse, then when i plug the reciever in my laptop, it installs the hardware, now when i try to move my mouse, it doesnt respond to the laptop, i tried to find it on the Device manager and it's still there, its just whenever i press on button, the bottom part of the mouse blinks red, after a few seconds it stops blinking
