My system specs are as follows :
Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.6 Ghz
AMD Radeon XFX 4850 1GB @ 700 / 1050
4GB Kingston DDR2 RAM
Asrock G31m-VS2
Corsair 500Watts PSU
Here is the problem : Most of the games after 2011 utilize only 60 - 70 % of the GPU in my system.
Battlefield 3 Running on low at 1366x768 gets around 45 FPS average with most of the time around 65-71% GPU utilization and 70 -80% CPU.
Assassins creed 4 Black Flag gets around 17 - 30 FPS with 65% GPU usage and 40% CPU usage.
Practically 4850 > 8800gt .
It may appear to be a bottleneck issue , but i dont get it , cpu isnt maxing out , so clearly its not a bottleneck issue.
My Drivers are Catalyst 13.9 .
The weird thing is when i pop in my XFX 8800GT 512mb Card the GPU is at max 99% in battlefield 3 at medium getting around 53 fps.and 40 - 60 fps on AC4.
And yes all my software are genuine .
I need help forum , i tried everything , reformatting windows and stuff.nothing helped.Now im desperate .
