I am doing a 4 GPU scrypt mining rig.
First 2 GPU are detected properly with cgminer
Other 2 are not.
The only difference is I have 2 GPU connected using 1x to 16x riser cables and 2 with 1x to 16x powered riser cables.

Do I have to make any bios settings to make motherboard recognize 2 more GPUs?
On starting windows 7 it did install some new drivers for 2 unidentified devices, which I let run, but after that running cgminer -n does not show all 4 gpus, just 2 of them as before when I was running the rig with only 2 GPUs.
Any recommendation would help.
Other hardware details:

2. CPU: AMD Sempron 145 Single-Core.
3. Memory: TeamGroup Elite 4GB (1x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Single Channel Module (TED34GM1333C901)
4. Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card.
5. 32 GB sata driver running windows 7 64bit version
6. PSU: Silverstone Strider Series 1500 Watt (SST-ST1500)
