So I can't change some of these options:

But I can freely change the options that have for example: [Auto] or [Disabled]

EDIT: In the In-Windows Click Bios II I can change the CPU Base Frequency to max 105
EDIT 2: I have a AMD Athlon X4 760K and atlease the box reads "4.0 MB Cache, Black Edition

More about : change options bios

If you are trying to edit your bios settings from windows, you typically will have issues. Boot directly to bios and make your changes there. For instance if you change the "adjust cpu ratio" to manual, you will then be able to adjust the base frequency.

The first thing I tried was Booting to BIOS, but I seem to only be able to change settings that have for example have [Disabled] in their setting.

Is this a home brew rig, or is it an OEM like dell, hp, etc?

Try THIS video on youtube. I believe the Click Bios II is the same on all MSI m/b's.

But that guy can freely change the multiplier.

When you click on the "Auto" under Adjust CPU Ratio, does the adjustment menu pop up?

If you mean the one that is next to adjust cpu nb ratio, yes

At this point, the only thing that makes any sense, judging by the areas you can't adjust, is that you do not have the black version of the 760k even though your box indicates you do. The base clock of the regular 760k is locked - only the black version is not. How much did you pay for the cpu?

I'm stumped now. Did you have a different cpu on the m/b before the 760k? I know the bios needs to be updated on your board before using a Richland, and AMD wants you to use a Trinity for the update. Your bios version appears to be new enough to support the Richland, but if you did an upgrade from a non-Richland version to your current version using the 760k, that might have caused a problem.

Other than that, I can see no reason you cannot manually manipulate certain areas UNLESS your cpu is not the black edition (locked multiplier). I know there are two versions of this cpu - both are called 760k, which is confusing, and I cannot find any method to readily identify one from the other.

FINALLY! I can change it by bringing my cursor on it and pressing the NUMPAD + and - buttons.
Now I need to find where I can change the core voltages :C

EDIT: Also I used Live Update 5 and I have 11.2 version which is one update above the one that supports Richland CPUs.
EDIT2: Hmm.. Live Update says: Current BIOS Version B.20
EDIT3: I noticed that even after I have disabled the AMD Turbo thing I still have my base frequency as only 99.80 MHz

Having the same exact issue... the numpad +/- trick doesn't work and my voltages are unchangeable. Mine is the Black Edition as well. I had an a6-5400K Trinity running before, and did not update the BIOS when I switched to the Richland 760k (just a few days ago). However, my understanding is that the Richland simply won't work unless you had the correct BIOS installed so I believe I did. I don't know how it would make a difference if I popped the Trinity back in (its no longer with me) and reupdated it... I've even formatted, and reupdated the BIOS a few million times, still to no avail. Also, overclocking with software (AMD Overdrive) gives me strange results such as disabling windows Aero, and the clock doesn't seem stable at all. (even at +100mhz)
