Since you are getting an Intel "k" series cpu, you want to get a Z77 motherboard (allows overclocking). If you don't plan on overclocking, then there is little point to getting a "k" series cpu. Don't forget you will need a HDD, memory and PSU along with a keyboard/mouse and monitor if you don't already have those. And you will need an OS (win7/8).

Well for RAM i choose hyper x 2x4GB 1600 mhz,600 W power suply and only left were graphic card and motherboard, but those two are over my budget so i think i wont buy i5 3750k..rather go with amd fx 8320 or i5 4430 ,what do u think about those two?
I am just looking for solid PC for games, etc, idk nothing about overclocking(excpet that makes ur PC works faster) :p

If you want a cpu cooler so you can overclock and are able to go just a little bit over budget the next would be a nice choice,

Yes it does, just read something about it,there are alot of guides to find.

That could be done with a budget up to $700,

You could even put the hyper 212 evo in then,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

I must honestly say that i think that the gpu from build one should be good for overclocking and could reach the r9 270X levels without problems, but i don't have it so can't check that to make sure. It's really just my personal opinion.
In practice physically it's already is a r9 270X considering it needs two peg connectors instead of one which are for the power. How far it will get is the question.
It's about taking a chance for less money. You could loose as well.If you want to be safe you go with the r9 270X.

There are a lot of options here for $700,i see so many things that can be done, like the option for crossfire later with a more powerfull psu even within your budget.

You don't need windows? Forgot to ask.
