I can't login the page 192.168.33.1 it keeps say user name incorrect !! Wi-Fi router

trying to finish setting up my Wi-fi router but as soon as 192.168.33.1 appears and tells me to write my user name & password it tells me it's incorrect . I really need some solution here

You might have to set it back to factory specs and start over. I've never heard of a consumer grade router that used 192.168.33.1 as its access IP address.
