Hey guys, I have a LG 22inch monitor, had it like 3 years now so I don't know if it's just getting old and starting to flicker or what.
But it's just giving me eye strain and headache's, I have the color temp set on 9300k, with brightness on 30, contrast on 70, and gamma is default. using my EVGA GTX 660, I set the monitor refresh rate to 70hz from 60hz, as I heard that can help, and have my digital vibrancy on 70. also use lux and just put it on slightly so it's very subtle but it does help a bit.
I dunno I never had this problem, my eyes have always been fine, although my long range site sucks ass now lol, but recently it's just been hurting everyday it's starting to annoy me.
What should I do? I've never had my eyes tested or been to doctor btw, should I just buy those Gunnars glasses?
