He peeps

I have a GA-G41MT-S2PT motherboard with: [1 x PCI Express x16 slot] Slot:
Motherboard support only 3Gb/s

I have a: [LSI MegaRAID SAS 9260-4i card being used in that slot
This card is a: [6Gb/s SLI MegaRaid Card]

Can this [Raid0 SSD setup] on this [LSI Card] run at 6/Gb/s as this port is PCI Express x16.

I guess what I am asking is if the Raid card is a 6Gb/s card plugged into this PCI Express 16 port but motherboard says it's 3Gb/s supported can I get that card to operate then at 6Gb/s?

Wow hard to explain this one, lol.

Your motherboard's SATA ports only operate at SATA 2 (3Gb/s) speeds.

A SATA 3 (6Gb/s) RAID card will work at 6Gb/s speeds if it is connected to a PCIe x16 slot.

Its a sata3/6gbs card and will definitely run your drives in sata3 mode provided your drives are sata3 and the connectivity to them is sata3 (ie if your drives connect thru a sata2 backplane to the 9260 then you will only see sata2 speed)
