should i upgrade my pc with a i5 4670k and 7870 xt sapphire or r9 270x duel x sapphire edition..i will play at 1668x900 moniter..at high settings with fxaa..and i wanna know that will this rig get me atleast 70 fps at max on latest games and future games..and if i gonna buy this rig so make sure i dont need to change atleast for the 3 4 years..please help me to find the right way ..please help..i am really confused about what rig should i make for a future proof ..

I5 4670k will be good for few years.
But if you plan to buy bigger monitor in the future then you should look for better gpu, if not it'll be ok.
Not all games will be 70 fps at max even at 16x9.

please helpe me to find out the right rig for me..my budget around $1000..and i m from india so at indian rupees that converts from $1000 to 60000 rupees..and give me your thoughts about my thinking for i5 4670k with a 7870 xt ..or r9 270x ..

Well....your core 2 Quad and your chosen i5-4670k are two different sockets. LGA775 vs LGA1150.

So, you need a new motherboard. And then new DDR3 RAM. And a new, better, bigger PSU. And obviously a better GPU.
You might be able to keep the case, optical drive,, and the current HDD as a secondary drive.

In effect, a new PC, not an 'upgrade'.

no i dont plan buy any big moniter for around 5 6 years ..when im gonna buy big moniter then i will though about something
about big gpus..but for now i would really want to know that how many fps will i get from that rig ..should i5 4670k enough or i will get something like i7 or xeon processors..please help

yes i had a look on this rig before but i have to change my thought coz of 7870 xt better than the 760 ..and 4670k is one of the 4 gen haswell cpus...
