HD 7750 2GB DDR3 or R7 250 1Gb DDR5

I am stuck between the two. 7750 is faster they say but R7 has DDR5. Also Which one is better option to R7 250 PSU? Don't give advice to change the PSU since I don't have the budget.

I wouldn't go with R7 cause they require more power and the card runs hot. So HD 7750 is way to go, in your situation.

I know but currently there is only the DDR3 with 2GB version. Also AMD site keeps saying that minimum PSU for both is 400W but users say they want to over guarantee their products with high PSU requirements.

Yes that card requires a minimum wattage to run :

Measured power consumption R7750
1.System in IDLE = 155W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 188W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 33W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 43 Watts

Try to find DDR5 version.

Hmm thanks I will try that. Also how are the R7s? In terms of power consumption and performance. Since it is very new, no one gives opinion about it.
