Hi everyone happy xmas n all!

I recently discovered Nvidia are ending the GTX670 lines, subsequently thwarting my plans...
Due to move into house soon and had the aim of running SLI'd MSI TF670 OC's for my HD projector 1440+.

My question is how future proof is my setup for running a pair of MSI TF OC 780's for example?
If it means going to a new socket standard mobo and CPU to match am i better of buying another 670 now or hang on and get 780's when im moved in?

Thanks all

SPEC;
ASUS P8Z77-V
i5 2500K @ 4.4GHz
16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE
ANTEC HCP 850
SSD DRIVES

Solution
your build should last some years even like this, id say grab the 780 and in 2-3 years swap your mobo and CPU.
Remember there is no such thing as futureproofing, you never know whats coming up :)

Thanks for the comment z0rr0w, you are definatly right about future proofing, but you guys are way more 'in the loop' than i am and thought it would be good to check here that i havnt missed something stupid thats coming up or that my build is missing something regarding twin 780's :)

Well that saves me a couple hundred £ right now cheers!
