I need a Intel socket 775 MoBo for an upgrade. I currently have a Intel Core 2 Duo 4400(Limited by MoBo) @ 2.0 Ghz, 2gb ddr2 667 ram (Also limited by the mobo). I have 2 MoBos in mind.

MSI: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=79104&vpn=G41M-P33%20Combo&manufacture=Others
I will be getting one G Skill 4gb ddr3 1333 ram stick regardless of which mobo I pick.
I've never had an MSI product but reviews on most MSI products dont look too good, but if i get the MSI board i will be able to put my ddr2 ram in it and have 6gb.
I will be upgrading the CPU, GPU (I have a nvidia 210 1gb ddr3 vram), and adding another 4gb ram stick later next year. But I do play games like MW2, Minecraft, Borderlands, and GTA.
Basically my question is... Is the MSI board worth getting over the Gigabyte board for my needs right now?
