i have been getting insanely low fps in games, bf4 - 20 arma3-5 splintercell-15 you get the idea.this all started recently and i have no idea and i have tried evereything. my pc specs- intel core i7 2600k @ 3.40 ghz gtx 780 1 tb hard drive 100 gb ssd gigabyte z77x up7 mobo bronze 80 + 850 watt power supply and windows 8.1 i sent the mobo and the graphics card for repaired and the manufacturer said they were fine, i got a new power supply new ram and re installed windows to no avail. i mad sure the hdmi was in the gpu slot and integrated graphics was off. any help ? also i made sure all drivers were up to date and i even tried older drivers
