AC4 suddenly acts weird

i played AC4 today and everything worked fine, then i installed my h100i and when i started AC4 it runs in extreme low quality, it looks like 800x600 or something, and when i change it in the graphics setting, my screen turns black and the audio turns off.
Does anyone know what is going on?

So the problem is only with AC4?
You could try reinstalling it.

i got a free download from nvidia, but i don't know if it will install again, do i just need to click on uninstall on the ubisoft app and then install again?

Probably, just make sure you can download it again if you don't have it saved on PC.

Could you monitor gpu and cpu usage while playing? One of these two is problem.

i'm not sure i think its my tv, my monitor should come in 2 or 3 days so i hope that will work, its just that this tv can be pretty weird

I think stormworm wanted you to monitor the usage/load of the CPU and GPU while playing ac4

yes, but i think its strange that it runned perfectly for 2 days, than i upgrade from a stock intel cooler to a H100i and its all bad

Try this. Open up your Graphic Control Panel and disable V-Sync, Anti-Aliasing and Filtering. Also in game settings turn off v-sync

Go to
-Menage 3D settings-Program settings
and find AC4 under program list.
There you have all the settings.
