I recently built a new PC and got a new monitor with it which is the Benq RL2455HM. Today I was play Mirror's Edge, and noticed when I look around, there's some strange visual effect... it's almost like tiny amounts of screen tearing all over the screen, except it isn't, as I've tried Vsync on and off. That's the best way I can describe it. It's kind of like horizontal bars moving UP the screen, almost. I've tried HDMI and DVI, and Vsync... It only happens in games, and it happens more in some than others, I wish I had a screenshot or video or something to help me explain.
