Hello,
I've noticed my Cpu heatsink and fan are getting very dusty. I have a dust/ lint remover that is a difluoroethane spray. Is this safe to use on the inside of my pc to spray the Cpu Cooler and other hardware? Is this the same thing as compressed air? Or should I get a can of plain air.
- Thanks

That is compressed air. Well, it's not "air" in that it is not the air that we breath, but it is a compressed refrigerant that can safely be released into the atmosphere unlike CFC based refrigerants. Refrigerants such as difluoroethane are much easier to compress into a liquid form than atmospheric air.
