First Gaming PC Build Parts List/ need CPU

Hi there, I am planning on building my first gaming PC and my main focus is performance. I am planning on using this almost entirely for gaming, and possible some photo video editing. I had everything picked out of PC part picker, but recently the cpu I as planning on using was not for sale. I have attached a link to the parts list, as well as copied and pasted what it says below. If anyone has any other suggestions in changes, that you are sure are comparable, please tell me (such as if I should go with 2 4g sticks of RAM or more/ if something is not compatable). Thanks!
