Hello all. I have a HP Envy dv7 running Windows 8.1 64-bit OS Laptop. Whenever either account is logged into the computer, it will run for a couple seconds then go to a blue error screen stating "BAD_POOL_CALLER" then restart. After that it will run fine unless the laptop goes into sleep mode, which it will then get the error again after the laptop is started back up.
