I got that gigabyte board running a FX6350 Black edition @4.7 with Evo2 heatsink with 2x 8MB of Corsair Vengence 1600mhz memory since Ocotber. No problems whatsever... Well except i forgot to get rebate card. :-/
What CPU you trying to overclock, cause I think you need the 990 NB to run newer cpus..
