Desktop PC only for minecraft

Hey,

so basically i want a gaming pc just to play minecraft
i want to be able to be playing it at 40fps minimum a render distance normal or 3-4 chuncks

i want it as cheap as possible as im gonna ask my dad for it.
I already found one (im from Belgium country doesn't matter if it ships to here)

If I would add the zotac geforce gt 630 4GB video card would it make a BIG difference ?
