gpu for wow

Building my pc for playing wow, wanting to run on high to max settings.

currently got these.

cpu- amd fx 6300 6 core 3.5gh
Storage- sea gate 1tb the 7200 rpm 64meg cache.
windows 7 64bit.
Motherboard-gigabyte 970a-D3.

just need a good gpu and some good 8 gig low profile memory.

got 200 to spend on a gpu.
100 on some memory.

so and help would be really great.

That's an overclockers-oriented version. It's also very good but more expensive

Is that really worth paying that bit more as was gonna try to overclock my cpu at some point when I feel brave lol not sure if it would be worth geting the overclocked gpu for the bit more to push the system that bit more.
