High tempratures at "package"

i used hwMonitor and at a10 6800k--->temperatures-----package it has a really high temp of 96 while stress testing (max temp) the other temps are more than ok http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/4415/jjmn.png i runned prime95 for something like a minute
I dont think the temp is ok but could this be a wrong reading?

It might be, it might not be. Try using a different program to look at your temps, if it's the same, try touching your heatsink to feel it. Normally it will shut off long before it can reach that temperature.

the other programs dont have the "package" reading
i runned prime again and then touched it (i touched the northbridge and the southbridge )they felt the same temp to me (it was not even hot ,just room temperature)
the package is the northbridge ? (btw im running with an h55) and while i was running with a4 5300 and stock cooling the reading was about the same

You should be fine then. The package should be the CPU and socket.

Those are your motherboard temps.
