The lag is because big heat? (FX-6100)

Example i playing NFS Shift 2 on max settings with 30-40 fps...Then the game drops down on 15 fps the pc gets louder and my processor heat goes up to 150-200 celsius...(My motherboard is bad measuring heat) That lag is because big heat or why?

OMG!!! Turn off that PC before you catch fire!!! You should NEVER have temps for a CPU above 80c! You literally are melting down the CPU, never mind the HDD, PSU, even GPU, to the point you can literally catch fire!.

You need to clean out the PC from dust (blown air), use a brush on all vents, fants, etc. then start up, download then run SPECCY, and give us your SPECs which will show the idle temps as well.

IMHO if this has been happening more then a 'couple minutes' you basically trashed your components.

My pc specs is:
Monitor resolution:1440x900
CPU:FX-6100
Motherboard:MSI 760GM-P23 (FX)
Graphics card:HD 7770
Power Supply:ATX 500W
Ram:8GB
HDD:1.5 TB
Windows 7 Ultimate

I will buy processor paste and a Thermaltake Contac 21 cooler will be ok?
But that lagg is because big heat?

My BIOS version is already on newest version... :)
