Will this all fit into a BitFenix Prodigy M Micro-ATX Case?

Hi. Question: Is it possible to put this all together into the case?

It won't fit. The Prodigy M has a pretty awkward layout which isn't terribly friendly towards multiple graphics cards or cooling setups.
In your case, you have two GTX770s, but by installing these you block the optical drive.
Now, it's pretty easy for most people to use an external optical drive, as they are a pretty rare use item these days, but you still have issues with regards to how the airflow works.

I'm a big fan of the ITX Prodigy, but the Prodigy M just seems like a flawed experiment really.

If you want to fit that kind of stuff into a small case, then the smallest you will probably find is the Silverstone SG10, though that requires a slim optical drive, and you'd probably be better off with some sort of exhaust blower...

An alternative might be to swap to a popular compact tower like the Corsair 350D. It is reasonably compact as towers go, but it's not a lot smaller than a more conventional ATX case really, as it has provisions for radiators etc.
The big advantage of this, is the 5 expansion slot design, meaning that you can use the lower of your three PCIe x16 slots, and leave a slot gap between cards which should help cooling significantly. It also has loads of space for radiators, so something like a H100i will fit comfortably too. The downside really is that at these kind of proportions, you are so close to a compact ATX case, there really is no significant size benefit, just disadvantages.
