hi there i'm relatively new pc upgrading scene

i currently have an i7 -950 system with an old 5770 CF setup on a 1100kw antec psu in a HAF922 case

i wanna change everything except for the psu and case.
question:

1) i use it for gaming and i have 2x 60 inch LED as my monitors, and PC builds to recommend?

2) water cooling - are those CoolerMaster h80i reliable?

Solution
oh well for 4k, CF may help a little more but - http://www.anandtech.com/show/7481/the-amd-radeon-r9-290-review shows benchmarks for many games at 3840x2160. If u can get a r9 290 for around $400 it is the best performing for the cost. Also with the 290 not having any after market coolers on them, it may be smart to wait or get aftermarket cooling for them. like a nzxt g10 with a asetek clc liquid cooler

The 4770k will prob be fine, but it does run hotter than the 3770k when overclocking, the IB-E chips in games normally dont perform too much better than the regular i7s, but the 6 core 2011 cpus may help but not alot and probably isnt worth the extra cost.

For the cooler, I would prob wanna go with either a corsair H100i or...
Well screen size isnt really what stresses a system, it is the resolution, which im going to guess are 1080p? For gaming and if with two 1080p monitors, then id go with r9 290 if u can find one for around $400 and not the current $500+ pricing. Upon release they were around $420 and now jumped to $500+, with its 4gb gddr5 and 512 memory interface and speeds usually around or faster than a gtx 780 will prob make for a nice one card setup.

Cpu wise you could go with a fx 8350, i5 3570k/4670k or i7 3770k/4770k, and if ur not overclocking a xeon e3 1230 v3 as its a i7 without the igpu and lacks the overclockability. Any of those cpus should easily allow for 3840x1080p gameplay with a good gpu.

Its corsair h80i lol but it will be fine, but matters on cpu, if ur overclocking etc. It u want reliability then i would def go with a decent air cooler, as the fans are the only things that will ever need replacing.

as for the R9-290 - should i get a CF setup? as my monitors the 4ktvs
as for i7 processors -4770k should be good! but i have heard alot of talks about the new ivy-B E vs haswell regarding the 40ch pci-e thingy

and yes i'm gonna overclock it again, do u have a good water cooler to recommend

For the cooler, I would prob wanna go with either a corsair H100i or Thermaltake extreme 3.0, or nzxt kraken x60 a bigger rad, or a high end air cooler like the noctua nh d14 or phanteks 14mm tower coolers.

No budget might as well go with sli 780 ti, the $600 or $1000 IB-E i7, and the maximus IV Extreme black edition lol

if i choose the following:
i7 4960X
asus rampage iv extreme
Corsair Vengence pro 32G 2133 4x8g
2x gigabtye gtx780TI 3gb OC edition
corsair Hydro h100

apart from gaming, i never turn my pc off, i do alot of market evaluation, stock tradings as well
is the above a stable enough choice?

and what PSU could i use?
i have an 3 year old antec 1300kw PSU -should i bother replacing it?
