Max resolution 1366x786, I want to have it zoomed out like 1600x900 display. Is this possible?

Your max resolution is your vertical lines and horizontal lines.
They are set at 1366 x 768.
There is the number of pixels your monitor can support.
You can't add your extra lines to make the monitor suddenly support 1600 x 900 pixels. Where would the extra pixels come from?
