So basically, I'm weighing up between these two monitors.

Here are the main specs of both;

BenQ: - 1ms GTG
- 24"
- 12,000,000:1
- TN panel!
- $199 AUD
Acer: - 5ms GTG
- 23"
- 100,000,000:1
- IPS panel!
- $189 AUD

I originally wanted the benq because of its response time and 24" panel, but now I've found this Acer monitor and I do look the looks of it!

Please help me decide; is 24" much better than 23". Is 1ms A LOT better than 5ms or am I better off SAVING $10 and getting a better picture quality and better looking monitor?

Thanks:)

I have that BenQ RL2455HM, and I loved it. BenQ RL2455HM is much better for FPS games (like quikscoping or something like that). If you want to save some money, better with Benq RL2450H same price as the Acer and 2ms response time they. Dont look as good as the Acer but you dont judge something by its looks (if you know what I mean). I think you wont really notice the different on response time, only when you really focus on it. The quality, I havent use H236HL yet but wont be much differences between them.

Edit:
BenQ is more for gaming and Acer just for normal/everyday using.
