For my new PC I'm building i was wondering if the Corsair H80i was known for water corroding the tubing because I'm new at water cooling and I didn't want to mess up my brand new PC when I finish building it. I've seen lots of issues of where water coolers destroy PCs but I don't want this huge ugly fan covering my CPU because I want it to look good.

Its fine, it doesnt use water, it uses some type of alcohol based coolant. Its a closed loop liquid cooler, unlike proper water cooling systems, designed to be maintenance free. The downside is that the performance is similar to a high end air cooler, not as good as proper water cooler setup.
