What do you mean, the fx-8350 is one of the best bang for buck cpu's by amd, and can someone please tell me how this setup will run on bf4 and arma 2, and dayz standalone.

in terms of having a balanced build, you would need to either get a better GPU like a r9 280X or gtx 760/770, to match that processor, or else you dont even really NEED that processor at all. If you stick with a r9 270 (which is kinda weak) you may as well just get an fx 6300 to match it. Thats what he meant, i think. Also if you can fit it into your budget, consider a 32 or 64GB Solid State Drive for the OS to be installed on, use that 500GB as a storage drive.

no one has actually told me how this setup will run bf4, arma 2 and dayz standalone, thanks to the people who have replied on the hardware (i probably will stay with the fx-8350 for possible future upgrades) but i was only looking for details on how these parts would come together on the games i have already mentioned. Thanks.

Most games arent going to be held back by these high end CPU's. So lets move past that, the 8350 is a fine choice. That 270 though, as mentioned above, will not play bf4 smoothly. You would find yourself playing at medium or lower settings with future AAA games.
